We have a particular fondness for the STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) because of our educational and early professional work experiences.

Prior to embarking on a career in Executive Search, John worked as a mechanical engineer in the automotive and aerospace industries. He remains active in the technical community and has been an invited speaker at meetings and other events.

Beth worked in a variety of technical roles, taught university level mathematics and consulted with educational publishers. (To this day, she has an annoying/delightful tendency to promote mathematics as a way of life.) Our career experience working in engineering and analytical roles gives us a unique understanding of technology, its application, how to assess candidates, and the challenges faced by hiring managers.
