Founded in 1987, John Keister & Associates and The
Stanton Group, Inc. are the concept of the
firm's founding principals, John and Beth
Keister. While working in technical and
business roles within industry, we saw the
need for a search firm with a
non-traditional approach to executive
search.
We do not rely on advertisements or resumes
that might be sitting in files or on the
Internet. We actively practice the art of
search and recruiting: networking with our
extensive industry contacts and seeking out
the top technical and executive talent who
otherwise would not be responding to
advertisements or postings.
We "speak the language" of engineers and
technologists, as we have extensive
experience working in technical roles
ourselves. As an engineer, John Keister
enjoyed a mix of product design and
development positions. Beth Keister, a
principal in the firm, has a background in
mathematics and statistics and has held a
variety of technical positions.
We add value to your company's staffing
resources by tackling time-consuming and
critical searches. You won't see a large
quantity of resumes from us, but the few we
do submit will be on target.
