engagement, and love to hear that the candidate
they ultimately hire is exceeding expectations.
We "speak the language" of engineers and
technologists, as we have extensive
experience working in technical roles
ourselves. As an engineer, John Keister
enjoyed a mix of product design and
development positions. Beth Keister, a
principal in the firm, has a background in
mathematics and statistics and has held a
variety of technical positions.
We add value to your company's staffing
resources by tackling time-consuming and
critical searches. You won't see a large
quantity of resumes from us, but the few we
do submit will be on target.

We initiate the search process by listening to
the hiring manager. We strive to achieve a very
clear understanding of the position as well as
the attributes, style and experience of
candidates who will be a good fit in the culture
of the company. We only accept search
engagements with hiring managers and teams who
are closely aligned on their expectations about
what they really want to see in a new hire.

The next step is detailed research and
recruiting. We conduct original research. We do
not rely on advertisements or resumes that might
be sitting in files or on the Internet. By
practicing the art of search and recruiting, we
will seek out the top technical and executive
talent who otherwise would not be responding to
advertisements or job postings. We will target
organizations identified as likely employers of
potential candidates and will network with our
extensive industry contacts. This phase of the
search process results in a pool of potential
candidates

The research and recruiting process is followed
by candidate selection. We will interview
potential candidates and look closely for the
desired technical, professional and personality
traits beyond the minimum needed for the
position. We will use our technical backgrounds
and industry experiences to help evaluate
candidates. Over the years we have developed an
instinct for discerning a good fit between a
candidate and the culture and management style
of the hiring company. This phase of the search
process provides the most qualified candidates
for the position.

You won't see a large quantity of resumes and
candidates from us, but those we do submit will
be on target. We have multiple conversations
with any candidate before presenting that
individual to your company. All candidates are
fully briefed in advance. We will work with you
to arrange interviews and follow up
conversations.

After the interview, we will act as an
intermediary for follow up conversations. We
will work with you to develop the offer package
and will assist with negotiations. In order to
ensure a smooth transition, we can provide
information assistance to the candidate on
logistics and family concerns such as those
involved with relocation. Finally, we will
follow up with both you and the candidate after
placement to ensure satisfaction on both sides.
